No denying once a book is up there is no maintenance involved. But even if you use stock photos and descriptions, you still have to link to it. Even whatever info you have on the other site has to be copied over or linked in some way. Certainly they have it down to a science and can do it as quick as humanly possible. They can probably do hundreds at a time faster than anyone out there Im sure. But 200,000 books dont end up on a site with hardly any effort. You do anything 200,000 times....even something as simple as copying and pasting, it's going to be a lot of work.
