A good step towards keeping comics alive for the next generation of children...if they aren't traumatized by the food

I eat it once in a while. I have known for at least 15 years that the "BEEF" is SOY. Its dry and they steam it and it turns into the beef. I do chicken. May eat there today just to score all of these books.

My friend swears that he saw a box of beef from one of the Mexican fast food chains that read "grade d" or something disgusting like that and had text to the effect "still edible for human consumption". I don't remember the exact detail. I liked Del taco when they were in Atlanta, but I can't eat Taco Bell. I have certain food sensitivities and I have to steer clear of Taco Bell. df1

Some chicken fingers have scrap meat, cartilage, bones and everything dissolved in a chemical to make it all soft, formed and edible. df1

Taco Bell labels theirs as "Taco Meat Filling" gizmodo.com/5742413/this-is-what-really-hides-in-taco-bells-beefHere is a law firm is suing them for false advertising...not for monetary damages but for truth in advertising. Taco Bell came back saying these claims are not true and will likely counter-sue for defamation. Probably some law firm working under the table for Taco Johns..lol

The chicken is chicken breast cut into small chunks. The meat filling is SOY. I have a return customer who manages one and he told me they put a package in a steamer and it "fluffs" up.
I picked up the comics the other day at the mall. price was $1.59 each. the covers are reprints, but the stories are all new 12 pagers. All by decent teams as well. Probably worth geting considering the usual rarity of items originating from resturant promotions.

Was there a limit on how many of these you can get? Was you able to buy the whole set at once? If you wanted to buy more, could you have? I'm just thinking of buying the comics outright. I don't want the food.

I go there daily to get my iced tea. I aksed if I could just buy the comics and the lady gave me the price. so I bought them. Generally there is no limit to how many you can purchase as I have found during the BK Iron Man promotions.
