Testing of the No Flame Rule really pisses me off

I've got to say It's really hard not to get disappointed in my board sometimes. And in reality, I've been putting less and less effort into it because the payoffs have been so little. It's hard enough to keep this board going as it is, but one thing that I have put out there is don't flame others. Me or anyone else. Its a rule that has only been broken a few times and when I see it, I try and be consistent on it and call it out. Each time I call it out, the participants wind up leaving the boards.

I don't like my board being manipulated. I don't like feeling like I need people here to be successful and I'll put up with shit because you think I need you so bad. And I won't put up with the breaking of the only rule I have. It's very disrespectful to test it and then get called out on it and then leave when you are. All anyone ends up doing is hurting my board in the long run and it pisses me off that people can't take it when they break a rule and get called out on it. You know you did it. So go leave if it makes you feel better. Go be an ass to someone who will put up with it.

I'm a bit over manipulation. If you've got it in you to be someone like that, do me a favor and leave now. I don't want people here who think I need them over the one rule I've set.
