When will hollywood stop making comic book movies? Welcome aboard! Hope to see more of you! I think that is here to stay. I think it would take a long running list of continual flops before that ever would be considered. It appears for every comic movie that flops, there is at least another, if not two, that succeeds. I thing as long as that is the case, we'll see comic movies for years to come. Why? Do you want comic movies to stop?

I see if you run the ip address it comes up as a known spammer. I guess I didn't look into it. Most spammers don't make their messages about comics. So instead of being overly skeptical right off the bat like I should have been, I gave it the undeserved benefit of the doubt. Ill try to be more thorough in the future.

Even a spammer can spark discussion. The spammers are getting smarter and posting on topic because it does them no good to get blocked and deleted within seconds. Upon thinking about this more, I believe their intent is more to spam Google than it is you. I think they are trying to convince the search engine that their web site is more important and relevant than it is. df1

That's a nice spammer. I'm usually getting them about sports products or something like that in the general comic discussion area. I think i will leave this thread up because its a Hall of Fame spam. It was on target with our site and I have to give this spammer props for at least being polite about it.

I know they used to search with URL's that had "forum" or "board' in them. df1
