I can't help but feel that there will be more supply and demand issues in the future as stores close and there simply aren't enough comics out in the market for the comics fan that tries to hoard comics that are a fad. It's easy to bump orders on a company wide 52 title reboot. It's not easy to catch the comics that become popular with the ebb and flow of actual story-lines. When the market comes up short, people will either overpay and possibly get frustrated over the store not having what they want at cover price. I am sure that stores will have to watch their order numbers even more closely than they did in the past. due to the higher unit cost and fast depreciation. df1 Hmmm....This page is bringing up an interesting idea. I'm gonna piggy back this thread and create a new one.

Captain Marvel #25-33 is hot because now IM #55 is way to expensive for more collectors and these books represent the 2nd real appearance of the character in the Marvel Universe.

I'm not sure that I have all of those. When it came out, some issues were spotty at the convenience store where I bought copies. I think #22 was the first one I bought and I loved it. I know I have #29. I seem to think that came out around the same time as Nova #1. I might be wrong.

I was trying hard to get lots of duplicate runs over the last couple of years of these issues. This was before Thanos was even rumored to be in the movies. I just always thought this issues were cool as shit. Starlin kicked some major ass doing these. I was buying duplicates of #33 because that to me was maybe the best Thanos cover ever. I also went after 25-27 being that was the 1st full Thanos story arc. I almost wish Thanos didn't appear in the upcoming movie for another couple of years. This was just one of those runs I really wanted to get a lot of because I always felt it was under-appreciated and overlooked. Now it's getting hot long before I got as many copies as I wanted to.

Well it looks like you did well if you have multiple copies of 33!
