This show was really good this year. As a buyer I found some good deals. If you were looking for autographs or sketches just about everyone was there. This was the show of the year for me. I didn't find too much to flip. What I did find was Civil War #1, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7 for $1 each. Just need that #2 to make the set you guys keep talking about. Also found Unity 2000 #1, Man Of The Atom Preview Book, Star Wars Tales #9 (both covers), Hero Bear and the Kid #2. These came as a package deal of 15 for $10. Like I said. Nothing much but just a bit to help get my gas money back. I ended up getting a few sketches. I got to meet Eric Powell which was really cool. He though was only doing quick sketches at the time I met him. So he did a Goon head for me and signed some books. I got a Robin from the guy who draws Tiny Titans. After that I was ready to quit since most peoples lines were just too long. I went to the car and dropped off all my stuff. After walking back in I met Jeff Zornow. He is working on a Halloween series for Devil's Due. So I ended up going to get my book. This guy was really cool. He did a Michael Myers for me. He also did a Jason Vorhees as well. Here are the pics from that. This show blew Charlotte away. I only seen 1 guy with $2 boxes!!! The other guys all brought decent stuff with them. Nothing like all the junk in Charlotte. I'll be going back again next year for sure. And this time for the 2 days that I couldn't this year

No doubt the Civil Wars were a nice score. Like Joey's said, the number 1 is tough.

Good stuff! Are you saying there wasn't much in the way of bargain bins? That would have been disappointing to me. Hopefully I'll go next year, it's pretty close.

Good stuff Az! I've always wanted to go to Baltimore, but it just seems to come at bad times for me. Maybe next year.

Maybe it will be better for you to attend then. You should try to go. It is my favorite show to go to. Next year I am going to try to attend Philly and Baltimore. I would really like to try Chicago out.

I went to the show this year. It seemed bigger this year with more floor space available. I got a few sketches done for my book. I picked up a few books. Found a bunch of Nightmare on Elm Street variants for $1 a piece. Series was put out by Avatar. Even found 4 leather covers that retailed for $20 each. Was able to make 2 full sets of Death Of Superman. Books were 50cents each. Found a Miracleman TPB for $1 mint. Also found some early issues of Planetary and The Authority for $1 each
