Can someone answer that question for me? I think I asked this a couple of years ago somewhere and someone told me they had pretty much died down to Poison Elves. Im not even sure that was true. Now that Drew Hayes has died, I havent noticed since I dont get to a store much...does Sirius still exist?
I think they ended up tailspinning after flying high for awhile. I remember liking them a great deal for awhile. Although after awhile, it became something like an alternative rock kind of thing. Not your average superhero or things like that. In the end, it started seeming cheesy and I lost interest and it seems like everyone else did too.
But for like 2 years, I thought they were a small contender and I had some favorite moments.
Do they still exist?

In the end, it started seeming cheesy and I lost interest and it seems like everyone else did too. But for like 2 years, I thought they were a small contender and I had some favorite moments. Do they still exist? Linsner did an in store signing at my friends shop back when the Dawn (one word title) book came out. He hung out with them. Her did a couple of Dawn paintings for my friend. Slowly his work started disappearing. Eventually Sirius sales started dropping and another of his books came out. At conventions he had a really cute girl that was at his tablesselling. I think the business manager was at the shows also (not sure). Eventually he bought back the paintings he did for my friend. I took that to mean he was too lazy to make some more and needed some new artwork to show people. Eventually he did come out with a few books featuring his art and the company was still straggling along. I think the company still exists. I think the company just got to the point that they were not selling books and nobody cared. I think Linsner can make more money doing covers for other publishers. Last I saw he'd done some unimpressive work for Platinum Comics. I think Linsner is just burnt out. I think he started drawing "realistic" (a.k.a. Wide hips, big butt) women to attract women to his art. I think he quit being concerned about drawing like he had (a.k.a. idealized women) and now nobody that buys comics really gives a damn anymore. Add in all the religious mythology he likes to include and he's just out in left field. Dragon Con still has their Dawn look-alike contest that does well. I think they are still around. I just think all their books are commercial flops so they've given up for awhile. cfs

I think a long time ago you were getting me started on your Charlton list. That's how you got me to download Mozilla. Ive been a now Firefox user ever since. The probably would be not only learning it, but gathering the info. I dont have enough time to gather. If the list isnt too long, I would like to learn how to make one. I kind of see a couple hundred issue thing here with Sirius. Couldnt be much more than that, if that. I find the more I know about creating these kind of things, the better I will be at creating this site. Im attracted to learning html and other things. I just havent forced myself to learn much of it. I have a 3 disc set on html. I watched disc 1 and learned quite a bit. It was a well done tutorial. Unfortunately, Ive never seen disc 2 and 3. Anyway, I wouldnt mind seeing (or even doing perhaps, one day...maybe with not much conviction) a Sirius list.

Just picked up the final issue of PE #80 and it has the Sirius logo on it.
Also hints about the future of PE.

A lot of what is in #80 was stuff that Drew was working on up to his death.
It took some time to get his family to release that work to Sirius.
Also Sirius is waiting on Drew's mother and daughter to give them consent to produce future PE stories.
