I like these guys a lot. Here is a remake they did. Very good cover of Depeche Mode's best song. I prefer singing over screaming and this girl has a good voice. I'll check them out more. df1

They kind of remind me of Evanesence.
I call tell they are musically talented. They play very well and sing well. But overall, they aren't my cup of tea.

Lacuna Coil is some good music. I've got their 'In a Reverei' album. I probably didn't spell that last word right in the title but ya get the point.

Maybe if I heard them more often, they might grow on me.

They kind of remind me of Evanesence. I call tell they are musically talented. They play very well and sing well. But overall, they aren't my cup of tea. These guys have been around a lot longer than Evanescence. I hate Evanescence. Evanescence is one of those bands where I hear the pitch correction filtering the singers voice. That's what artists like Taylor Swift use on their albums to make it sound like they can sing. The problem is they can't sing and anyone can sound good if you filter them through software and electronically correct their vocal inadequacies. One quick way for me to dislike a band is to see them live and realize they can't duplicate their music on stage. They don't have to sound exactly like their album, because some bands like AC'DC were better live, They just need to sound good. I liked Foreigner's albums, but I've never heard a live track where they sounded worth a damn. Bamds like Cheap Trick could either blow you away or sound like utter crap. The best show I ever saw them at was in a show outdoors where it started raining. I was in awe how well they played and afterwards a guy who was backstage said "Oh yeah, their monitors were out the entire show." How many bands can step up and sound better when their equipment isn't working and they can't even hear themselves play? A good band sounds good without trying, They don't have to have software filters correcting all the basics. I like a good female vocalist though. Love Annie Lennox's voice if she not singing a crappy song... as she likes to do. Pat Benatar could sing. I don't hate Evanescence, I just wouldn't ever buy their album. I liked Cold's Year of the Spider album a hell of a lot... lala.com/zz4plala.com/z54plala.com/zbGpI liked Jimmy Eat World's Futures Album lala.com/zGtDlala.com/z2CIAs well as this one... lala.com/zlOcPrefer heavy pop over metal. Regardless, a stripper that looked like Kari Wuhrer pointed me to Stabbing Westward and I've been hooked on Chris Hall's music ever since... lala.com/zncClala.com/z4vClala.com/znV1lala.com/zHcClala.com/zjV1lala.com/zS9nlala.com/zsO1and that lead to me folloeing Chris to his band The Dreaming... lala.com/zADpHe can sing and he can scream without sounding like his throat is bleeding... df1
