We all have our ups and down with collecting comics. And certain memories tend to stick with us more than others. What was your best comic related moment for 2010? It can be a story you read, a convention you went to, a purchase you made, a profitable sale you made, your hand in creating something comic related....the list goes on and on. However one fact should stand out. What was you best comic related moment (memory) of 2010?

I hate to narrow it down to going to conventions, but honestly those were the best moments I had this year. In February me and Az went to the Richmond Comic Con, and although it was on a mediocre show, we spent the afternoon stopping at comic shops on the way home. I think anytime you can travel around and stop at comic stores, I think you had a good day. Even if you didn't get exactly what you wanted.
In November me and my wife went back to the same show. It was good to go with the wife who was really trying to do something for me, but at the same time I was trying to get her a bit more involved than she had be lately. It was good getting her back into the groove of things. Since I had just stopped being unemployed for 15 months when I went with Az, it had taken a bit of a toll on both mine and her collecting habits. It was good to get her started back up.
I also kinda enjoyed FCBD and going and grabbing a free stack of comics from Zenos back in May. When it comes to comics, it's the small things that make it worth it. I'm looking forward to doing all this again but maybe having a bit more to post about at the end of next year.
