Wow! You may have seen all this already, but I'm sorry, no one can be everywhere at once. I was rummaging around on the CGC board and I found this thread where this guy was claiming to have owned every DC that was ever made! This thread originated in 2005. He says at the time, that this equated to about 32,000 books, which seemed rather low to me. Anyway, there was this 125 page thread and I just started looking through it for hours reading it. I had to get to like page 58 to finally see some pictures of it. I decided to post them here just for the wow factor of it. He claims these are the 90 rarest DC books! He's even in Wikipedia en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ian_LevineA lot of his Golden Age is Restored and he continues to claim he still has every DC ever made (now over 35,000 books). There may be a lot of ways to knock this accomplishment down, I for one find it quite impressive. The cash alone to get this has to be in the millions and he claims it took him 40 years to get every DC comic. And I can hardly complete a long series.

That looks like a copy of "Good vs. Evil" on the second row from the bottom. If so, I have that on my EC checklist. It'd be the library reprint of what I have in my copy of print magazine. Max Gaines started All American which later merged to become DC. Mav Gaines started Educational comics when he retained "Picture Stories from the Bible"

Since I found this thread, I haven't been able to stop reading it. I'm just about done. It's around 126 pages long. Course I'm not reading it all the time all day, but when I am reading it, it's good stuff. I just came across his advertisement he put in CBG when he was down to needing one last comic. A New Adventure Comics #26 which he finally obtained to complete his DC collection in July of 2005.

A look at his meticulous vault of DC Comics laid vertically flat. I finally finished reading this thread and let me say, it was an outstanding read as he discussed and posted covers about many comics and promos that were rare and hard to find. It's hard to fully grasp just how much time, effort and money something like this accomplishment takes.
