Little surprised by this...
Care to explain a bit. I checked out the site and although its cool to see upcoming book announcement and a cover shot (which looked pretty legit btw)...It didnt really tell me much about the company or its history itself.
You mentioned FreeComicBookDay....what's the story there? Fill us in.

You mentioned FreeComicBookDay....what's the story there? Fill us in. Over the next week or two I'll be adding content to the site, including addressing most if not all questions folks might have. I'm just going bit by bit. I'm working off a bit of a different concept, I'll admit. LandMark is mostly a place for creators to get a bit of exposure for their work. Most of the comics are digest-sized books we print ourselves, though we've incorporated professional printing in the past and plan to do so again.

Excellent...tell us more! That's what we are here for man. Give us the scoop. Where is the Landmark checklist? Lets see all the cover shots. And have an entire biography of the history, the origin, How you settled on artists, writers...etc. And how you came to publish...how was sales and what's next? You know...all the poop.
And btw...can we get you in a Avatar to see that personality shine? That would be cool!

One thing that hinders me is I'm whatever the opposite of a computer wizard is. I could post covers to everything we've done to the site, but they'd be different sizes. I'm seeing if a buddy of mine will help on that. Otherwise I may have to mess around with that task over the weekend. Any chance you could put the LandMark logo as my avatar? I'm definately looking at writing a bunch on the LandMark site this weekend, which should address all your questions. Infortunately I have a real job I'll be going to shortly. I'll post more tonight. Again, thanks for your interest.

You mentioned FreeComicBookDay....what's the story there? Fill us in. Creative Chris Tinkler is in charge of that project. It's going to reprint something from our past, I'm sure with a new cover, and we'll pass it out in Phoenix. He hasn't told me yet what he's picked out to do. I'm the opposite of a micromanager. I like to spot people's abilities and let them use them.

Wow, that was fast! Thanks for the Avatar! You're welcome, I think a board and its members have more personality when they have avatars, so I encourage people to use them. I think it just makes the place look friendlier. Just me.
