I don't know how DCBS works but March orders were due to Diamond on Tuesday. You were right about this Az. I had missed out and I was pissed. I didnt realize I wasnt going to meet the deadline. I searched the site in hopes of a way out. At 1st, no luck. But then I clicked on "ordering" link which showed the monthly deadline and a blurb "if you fail to meet the deadline, please email us at (such-n-such), we will be happy to work your order in and there is no additional charges". I wrote them and explained exactly that. They had me order from an Excel sheet and email it back to them. Although I couldnt see the thumbnails and synopsis about the actual books, I was able to remember 95% of what I had originally put down before and I was able to send them my order. Im still good with my monthly plan. Very happy about it. Starting in about a month, Im going to be receiving new comics every month. I have done that in like 11 years. So, Im hoping its going to get me more in tune with the market and the scene and make me more aware of things. So far, I am very happy with DCBS.

This one? or the platinum version? cfs The one is the pic is the one I have. I went back and got this a week later. The Gold one is limited to either 200 or 250... I've already forgotten. The Platinum one is limited to 750 I think. The one you have is a lot more common. I think there are 4000 of those which seems to be a lot to me. I find it hard to believe the comic will even sell 4000 copies. cfs

As my board regulars may know, I've been going for two sets of the Diamond Limited TPB's. I cringed a little bit and sent off payment for this last week. Here is my 2nd copy of the Diamond Limited Youngblood TPB. This is by far the worst of the bunch. Pages are upside down. Cards bound in. Just a really sloppy product that didn't get planned well. cfs

Joey Last I saw the Vampirella could be picked up in the $20-$25 dollar range. We know it was a handout at the Diamond Seminars. The distribution of the others is a little more sketchy I'm adding these to my list whenever I find them... www34.websamba.com/quato/Limited_TPBs/DLTPB_index.htmlThere is a Man of Steel Raffle edition which I haven't added since DC released it. Similar format though. Cyberrad is VERY tough to find. I was finding these Diamond TPB's in pairs so I have two of it already. I know Brother J has one. I saw a 4th sell on ebay. Never saw it again. I could sell two or three Cyberrad right now if I could get another. The Topps one is relatively rare. It's almost as obscure as the Cyberrad, but I could buy one for $50 right now but i think that's too expensive given the fact most people don't know it exists. Not trying to detour people away from G's board, but I have a thread on these here: defiant1.proboards27.com/index.cgi?board=limitedtpb&action=display&thread=1161563185Collectible TPB's category here with additional posts: defiant1.proboards27.com/index.cgi?board=limitedtpbThe Robocop vs. Terminator is the most common. It actually has a price on it. I think it might have been a Star system incentive item. I see them cheap all the time. Terminator endgame come up for sale periodically. I keep passing on the Spawn Capital City collection. I've seen a dozen of those. Ooops! I'm in trouble...I think I criticize the condition of a TPB you sold in one of those threads. I think I was wanting one in better shape... grrr! I've only recently been buying online. Used to only buy in person. cfs

Defiant1 I first met him years ago on the show circuit, and I always spent money with him! Like you said,he buys out stores and comes across huge collections. Everytime I'd see him set up,it was with all-new stock. Unfortunately the shows have all but dried up around here, and I'll only see him now once a year probably in Charlotte at the Heroes Con.

He's the dealer's dealer. He's seen so much stuff it's unbelievable. I can always bounce a few topics off him and find out stuff I didn't know. defiant1
